The seasoning goes well with grilled food in general and with foods such as potato wedges, or it can be mixed with mayonnaise. Poppamies spice rubs are well-suited for dry marinating, i.e., being rubbed on meat, and as general seasonings in the home kitchen and for grilled food.

• BURGERS & RIBS RUB is suitable for dry marinating, as well as for seasoning in the home kitchen or in the grill. As the name implies, it’s best with American barbecue dishes.
• IN THE GRILL: Rub the spice on meat or vegetables with a small drop of oil and cook over medium heat.
• IN THE OVEN: Rub the spice on meat or vegetables and moisten it with apple juice, for example, if necessary.
