Hmm try once if you like it that is your choice

Flavour is more like the fat on bacon ,bacon grease if you will ,not like the meat itself doesn't have that slight salty tingle that you think of when you have a slice of bacon

A taste from my childhood

Decades ago as a child I used to have bacon flavoured pancakes which were very tasty, this bacon flavouring takes me back to those days. It’s also great to add to a macaroni cheese sauce. Brilliant stuff!!
