- Chimichurri is an Argentinian sauce with garlic and parsley, which is most often served as a side dish with grilled meat. Chimichurri is also great for seasoning other dishes, such as tacos, salads or pasta. You can make a chimichurri sauce from the spice mixture, or use it as it is in cooking. Experiment freely!
- CHIMICHURRI SAUCE: Mix two parts seasoning and one part water (e.g. 1 dl seasoning and 1/2 dl water) and let the herbs steep for 10 minutes. Add one part (1/2 dl) oil and let the mixture rest. If you want a runnier sauce, add more oil until you reach your desired consistency. You can also use the sauce as a marinade.
