Huge reuben sandwich with pastrami or chicken - American grilled sandwich

Ingredients:

Preparation: 

Toast two loaves. Squeeze bread with Roasted Garlic and add pickles to the second loaf. Heat the sliced pastrami with some Texas beef rub or cooked chicken with Cajun rubs and melt the Emmental cheese on top. Arrange the pastrami and cheese alternately on top of the pickles. A good Reuben bread has two or more layers of meat and cheese! Top with some jalapeno add some dill and cucumber. Turn the second loaf of bread over all the glory into a lid, and enjoy the king of sandwiches!
