INGREDIENTS
- 4 toasts
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsb Texmex Salsa Chunky Dip
- 2 tsp Texmex Spice Mix Fajitas
- 1/2 red pepper
- a few chicken cutlets
- Texmex Sauce Habanero or Original
Preparation
In a bowl, beat two eggs and a few spoons Texmex Salsa Chunky Dip. Chop some paprika and chicken cutlets. Season with two teaspoons of Texmex Spice Mix Fajitas. Mix well.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, use a grill resistor if your oven has one. Place four toasts on a baking sheet and pour the mixture evenly over the breads. Cook in the oven until the surface of the egg mixture browns slightly. Top with Texmex Sauce Habanero or Original if you don't want spiciness in your bread.
If you wish, you can decorate the breads with chopped red onion and fresh cilantro.
