Pulled pork tacos Recipe

Pulled pork is suitable for many types of food - including Tex-Mex! Here's a simple recipe for making pulled pork tacos. You can also use ready-made pulled pork in tacos if you don't have time to wait for it to be ready.

Brush the pork meat with oil and rub almost a bag of Poppamies Texmex Spice mix Tacos on the surface - save a teaspoon for the avocado paste. Cover meat with foil and cook in a 120-degree oven for about 6-8 hours, until the meat is easy to tear. Shred the meat with two forks. Mix pulled pork with Poppamies Texmex Taco Sauce Original, Lemon Jalapeno or Habanero in a bowl.

Mash the avocados with a fork into a paste and season the Poppamies Texmex Spice Mix Tacos with a teaspoon. Squeeze in the juice of half a lime and mix.

Heat tortillas or hard taco shells in the oven. Spread avocado paste on the bottom and layer pulled pork on top. Add Poppamies Texmex Salsa Chunky Dip Medium or hot. Garnish with jalapeño slices and cilantro, if desired.
