A cheesy Sriracha burger with spicy flavours which is easily created in the home kitchen

INGREDIENTS

First, let's prepare the vegetables that will come between the burgers. Separate the leaves of cabbage and cut off the thicker stems. From the stumps, you can slice sticks dipped in Sriracha sauce into the side of the burger. Slice the radishes into thin slices and chop some fresh chili slices from the chilies of your choice. Also pluck a few leaves of Basil.

Mix Sriracha Rub, grated mozzarella cheese and chicken minced meat together and knead until a firm mass. Shape the dough into four thin patties. Break and mix an egg on one plate, and mix 2/3 breadcrumbs and 1/3 Sriracha Rub on another plate. Dip the steaks first on both sides into the egg, and then into the breadcrumbs-spice mixture. Fry in a hot pan in plenty of oil, turning occasionally. If you want an even cheesier burger, you can toss slices of cheddar over the steaks to melt after the final turn.
