  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 1 tbsp Louisiana Cajun Rub

  • 200 ml cooking cream

Instructions

1. Season the chicken

Add the chicken breasts to a bowl. Drizzle with oil and generously coat with the Louisiana Cajun Rub. Make sure every side is covered to get that full Cajun flavour.

2. Cook the chicken

Heat a pan until hot and cook the chicken breasts for 4 minutes on each side.
Remove them from the pan once golden and cooked through.

3. Make the creamy Cajun sauce

In the same hot pan, melt the butter.
Add 1 tablespoon of Louisiana Cajun Rub and cook for about 1 minute, letting the spices release their aroma.
Pour in the cooking cream and reduce the heat.
