Philly Cheesesteak Recipe

150 g beef fillet, sliced very thin

½ tbsp Texas Beef Rub

50 g peppers, sliced

50 g onions, sliced

1 tbsp oil

2 slices provolone or any nicely melting cheese

1 hot dog bun or baguette
Instructions
1. Cook the beef
Heat a pan until hot, add the oil, and cook the beef for about one minute.
