Chicken rolls with bacon
Put chicken sizzlers on the chopping board and cover with cling film. Tenderise until you have 2-3mm of thickness. Add ”Burgers&Ribs Rub” from both sides.
Take bacon rashes and make a square which will be a little bit bigger than your piece of chicken. Add chicken on top of the bacon. Add some cheese on top of the chicken and roll. Try to cover both ends with bacon properly so all cheese can stay inside while cooking. Add some “Chipotle dip” on top of the roll and leave aside while preparing potatoes.
Peel and chop potatoes in cubes around 1cm size. Add salt, pepper and “Garlic Rub” and some olive oil,mix everything together.
I roasted meat in Ninja grill for 25min, 180 degrees on Roast.
Potatoes I baked in Ninja 9in1 for 25min 180 degrees on Bake and later for another 5min 180 degrees on Air crisp.
